Yes, US players will be allowed to play 1 map in their home server, but the server has to be :
1. NO a3d server - sv_ag_pure 3
2. gamemode has to be HLCCL

mb ru players will be allowed to play 1 map too ?cause my ping in europe srvers is higher than 100 .

USA host 4-5 STEAM VAC servers, so I allowed ap.breakkout as official BB2008 server.
If Russia have STEAM VAC server, with correct settings, i can add it.

Required settings:
HLCCL
sv_ag_pure 3
ag_gauss_fix 1
ag_rpg_fix 1
mp_forcerespawn 1
